General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, welcome here. Little bit of personal background i coul have judjed better like your age? married? expecting pregnancy. As You have not mentioned any of these, i will consider you as a unmarried young female. Some hormonal disturbance cause this. The hormone level will increase to a peak and then sudden dip cause periods. If there is dip in between the cycle due to disturbance, there will be periods. then the hormonal level may regain back so the bleeding stops. The wall of uterus thickness will be maximum at the end of 28 days and this lining will be shed out during periods. If the bleeding ocurs early lining is thin and bleeding also minimum. Hope you are convinced by the answer
