What Causes Middle Abdominal Pain, Nausea After Eating And Light Headedness?

I had an appendectomy a month ago, now I have pain in the middle of my abdomen, nausea after eating and am lightheaded. My doctor thinks I might have gallstones, but none showed on the ultrasound...I also feel feverish, but am not running a fever. Symptoms started a week ago. Nausea is worse after eating.

Hi and welcome to HCM. Thanks for your query.
Considering your recent surgery, this may be related to it and you should do some test to rule out possible abscess or collection inside the abdomen. Also, gallstones are possible and it should be ruled out with ultrasound and blood tests. You should have easier food, boiled food and avoid high fats and suagar.
Wish you good health. Regards
