What Causes Middle Chest Pain And Dry Cough?

i have had a dry cough nothing serious. Just basic allergies. today i noticed a weird pain under my breast. feels like i have been hit. the pain has now moved all to the middle of my chest between my breast. it is even sore to touch. what could that be?

I don't want you toignore.

Though gastritis can cause similar pain, if the pain persists, I want you to get an ECG done to take a cardiologist opinion.

For now take Omeprazole tablet 20mg twice a day before food and see if it decreases.
