What Causes Midepigastric Discomfort?

62 y/o female, in good health overall, no medications. Mid epigastric discomfort continual for several week. Did try zantac and Tums no relief, both of these meds have helped in the past with heartburn, worse after eating. No SOB, no fever. No significant change in bowels.

it is dueto hyper acidity so can take zentac oromiprazol and polycrol gel. consultgastroenterologist.forexaminationand advise on treatment.
