What Causes Migraine, Bloating And Cramps?

I am 33 years old, have migraines, bloating, cramps for months and I had my period last month, started spotting two weeks afterwards and now my period is 4 days late. I had a tubal ligation done 6 years ago and have had menstrual problems since but never a late or missed period. What s going on?

Mid cycle bleeding may be ovulation bleeding that happens in few females at mid of menstrual cycle that may be associated with pain abdomen at on site right or left. so no need of worry.
