What Causes Migraine, Dizziness, Nausea And Fainting?

I am 41 years old and recently started having increased migraines (have had about one per month for several years, now having 1-2 per week) followed by dizziness, nausea, and fainting on occasions (3 times in 6 months). CT scans, extensive bloodwork and MRI are all normal. Spinal tap normal. Where do I go next?

If you come to my clinic
The next you do is..definitely and surely you go for
1. The anxiolytics like Flunarizine 20 mg.
2. propanolol 25 mg i.e. inderal 20 mg
this is why u have to takethe medicines as all your test are appearing normal as you say and most migranes are due to anxiety ,stress all kinds of
belive me i my selfdealing with migrane and these protocol is followed every where.
these are basically prescribed drungs should be taken under strict
supervision for clearly 6 months then slowly reduce the drugs usage to 10 mg each for further 4 weeks you may see your result by yourself.
