What Causes Migraine On The Left Side And Vomiting?

Hi.dr i am fieda. i have a very bad migraines.it on my left side and now occur quite regular.when i have it,i will start vomiting and it become worse until i can t do any other work than vomiting. what should i do dr. I have children to take care.once it happen it will become worse everytime.dr gave me caffox but sometimes it does not work when i late took the medicine. Thank you.

I really appreciate your concern, migraine is more or less is functional disease and best is to come out of this condition to get rid of its symptoms, for the vomiting and headache this can be managed with "Tab Acetaminophen with Domperidone" else no need to worry about this, hope this helps take care and have a nice day.
