What Causes Migraines After Basal Cell Removal From Temple?

I just had a basal cell removed from my temple in the hairline. But I also have migraines that have been increasingly getting worse in the past 6 months. They are mainly in that eye area. didn t even associate it until today. Could it have anything to do with it?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear patient,

normally there is no association with the basal cell/ basal cell removal and migraines. There is effective medication available to treat a migraine, i usually advise my patients to try ibuprofene or paracetamol first, and if that is not helping there is so called "triptanes", for example sumatriptane medication available to help you with migraine pain. Hope this is helping you , if you have any clarificatons you can get back to me, if this was helpful please kindly rate my answer. Best regards
