Hello !
I read your question and understand your concern. I would like to know if you measured his blood pressure during the episode. Has he had any trauma.
A bleeding nose would be indicative for uncontrolled high blood pressure, but bleeding from the ear would be a little rare in this condition but not exceptional. If he has had any trauma this situation would indicate a cranial fracture.
I recommend you to consult him with the GP , have some tests done like a blood pressure measurement , a full blood work for the coagulation pattern, and finally a head CT scan to exclude intracranial hemorrhage.
Hope to have been of help!
Thank you for using HCM!
Best wishes! Dr. Abaz Quka
