What Causes Migraines, Slurred Speech And Shaking?

I am 35 and have been getting horrible dizzy spells, migraines, nausea, slurred speech, shakes, swollen hands for about 3 weeks. My doctor says is sounds like vertigo but the slurred speech, shakes and swollen hands do not fit the diagnosis. What could be making me feel like this?

The swollen hands don't fit much with the rest, but headache, vertigo and slurred speech in the absence of any other explanation should be evaluated with brain imaging in my opinion as it could be a sign of a posterior cerebral issue.
