What Causes Migraines That Are Unbearable At This Time?

I have 2 disc compressed between my shoulders from an injury 22 years ago, jammed my head into a beam while attempting to stand up. Recently any time I lean my head back to look up (like at the sky), I get dizzy and within 15-20 minutes I will have an almost unbearable migraine headache. No medicine helps, not even Tramadol ! This migraine will last 2 days and nothing seems to help, not laying down, not sleep, nothing. Is it possible that those compressed discs are bulging against a nerve, then dissolving or shifting after 2 days? What Can I do and who should I see.

Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic

I reviewed your history.

It seems from the history that you are having migraine.
Migraine is a chronic disorder and requires treatment by prophylactic drugs. The commonly used prophylactic drugs are flunarizine or beta blockers like propranolol.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this information is helpful to you.
