What Causes Migraines, Twitching, Muscle Weakness, Tiredness, Shakiness And Heart Palpitations?

i am 27 i twitch all the time everywhere, i have muscle weakness, i get really bad migraines, i am very tired all of the time, i keep having miscarriages, i get really shaky, and it feels like my heart keeps skipping beats do you have any sugestions as to what might be wrong?

Well come to HCM
This is nonspecific type of symptoms and the most probable cause of this is anxiety and depression, in my opinion you really need to keep the stress level very low, be positive control your thoughts, just relax everything would be fine soon, take care. (Comment:- Most disturbing phenomenon is psychological condition easy to get rid of this only needs guts and will power high moral )
