What Causes Migraines, Vertigo, Dizziness And Stabbing Pain In Head?

I have chronic migraines, vertigo, dizziness. I have has 2 CT scans and one MRI that have showed nothing conclusive. I have been having some stabbing pains in my head and can feel the vein constricting in my left temple. This has happened before, but I don't think it has been so severe (the pulsation, not the pain)

Hi thanks for contacting HCM ..

According to history here you could have migraine attacks which can lead dizziness and pulsatile throbbing headache....
(Intolerance to loud noise or bright light or nausea like one symptom should present)

For that take ibuprofen tablet for headache..
If needed rizatriptan tablet taken if no improvement with brufen tablet.
Avoid precipitating factors for headache like....
Loud noise, bright light , stress, smoking , lack of sleep etc....

Take enough rest...
Topical lavender oil application useful ..

If still headache there measure your blood pressure. ..
Ear examination done , as ear infection or neuritis can lead headache and dizziness.

Consult doctor with keeping this in mind.

Take care
