What Causes Migraines With Spondylosis And Osteo Arthritis?

It is a long story but I used to suffer mmigraines many years ago until I had a hysterectomy. I never had them since until about 18 months ago when I started experiencing the flashes. I went to the opticians and gotmy eyes tested but they were fine. I wasnt experiencing pain then but in the last coiuple of weeks whenever I get ne and they are gettig more frequent I get a dull ache behind my eyes. I am also getting regularly a twith in my right ey. I have had migraines for the last 3 consecutive days now. ALso I suffer with spondylosis and osteo arthritis of my spiine and get attacks of pain that mimic heart pain, across my chest and down my left arm but it is from my spine. Yesterday I had an attack and the pain in my lefet arm was much worse than ever before and was the last to go. Today I have pain in my left calf. Do you think that all these things are connected and is there anything to worry about in your opinion.
