Hello,

Deviry contain hormone progesterone, used in dysfunctional uterine bleeding, hormone regulations and prevention of pregnancy. Mild abdomen cramps are normal part of drug effect over hormone axis and uterine wall. If much concern, addition of anti spasmodic tablet can be discussed with your treating OBGYN.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
