General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, possible viral infection of the gut which may not show up in all of the lab reports even.

My guidelines at present
- prefer more liquids at sessions
- bland, vegan diet
- avoidance of all spices, non veg, junk items, dairy fat
- PPI as omeprazole with sips of water on empty stomac
- anti spasmodic as drotaverine after meals if no history of drug sensitivity

* Remain in regular follow up with your doc for further guidelines of cure and whether an ultrasound of abdomen is required or not.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
