General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

If you had been medication for facilitating ovulation (in case of PCOS)pain in ovaries is possible around ovulation. Another possibility arises in case of pain with fever of appendicular inflammation or inflammation at the surgery site in pelvis. This can be found or excluded by physical examination, a USG scan of needful followed by needful treatment.

Thank you. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
