What Causes Mild Abdominal Pressure On Right And Nausea During TTC?
Hi, am 32yrs old, underwent a myomectomy 4months ago, removery was find and went in for checkup in september were i was told that am find and can start TTC. Started TTC in october, i noticed that i ve dull pressure on my lower right side of my abdomen, feeling naseous almost all the time and with low grade fever 4days after ovulation. Fever is gone but am still having the pressure and feeling naseous. Expecting period on 11th of november, pls what is wrong with me?

Hi,
If you had been medication for facilitating ovulation (in case of PCOS)pain in ovaries is possible around ovulation. Another possibility arises in case of pain with fever of appendicular inflammation or inflammation at the surgery site in pelvis. This can be found or excluded by physical examination, a USG scan of needful followed by needful treatment.
