What Causes Mild Anisopoikilocytosis, Normocytic, Normochromic, Ovalocytes, 12.1 Hemoglobin And 58.3 RBC?

My mother 88 years old had a blood test report that says
ALERT : Mild anisipokilosytosis. Predominantly normocyctuc, normochromic ovalocytis.
Her Haemoglobin is 12.1 and RBC count is 58.3 Her cholesterol and WBC and everything else is within normal range.

My mother also had a mitral valve replacement when she was 75 years old.
