What Causes Mild Bleeding After Period Has Ended?
Hi I thought I finished my period yesterday, haven t been bleeding today but I have done quite a bit of walking today just been to the toilet & I m bleeding again. But I did forget to start my period because I was on holiday & forgot them. Is this normal?

I really appreciate your concern, if the bleeding happened on schedule then this is normal one and this is not then this may be abnormal but this is nothing to worry because this is very common phenomenon seen and this is happening due to hormone changes or may be due to retention of blood of previous menses, hope this information helps, take care
