What Causes Mild Chest Pain While Doing Treadmill?

i have mild chest pain and discomfort from last one year, it comes and goes away. i also have chest pain when i run on treadmill harshly. i do not have chest pain if i do aerobics even for 1 hour or i have brisk walk on treadmill but if i run hard on treadmill i have minor chest pain on the middle. i have severe gas and indigestion problem from last few years, i have been detected with hypertention on border 135/90. my age is 34. i have tobacco chewing habit which i have cut it down to 60% less from last few months.... i am worried about my chest pain and discomfort from last one year in my life.
