What Causes Mild Chest Pain,rapid Heart Beat And Dizziness?

I had a very bad cough starting in November 2014. It fully ended early January. I was on an inhaler and 2 different steroids. Sense then I have had mild chest pains that can last a long time, shakiness, especially after exercise, dizziness, lightheaded. I also, before the cough had heart palpitations that would speed my heart up and would last for about an hr. They would tire me out and were a bit painful. I now get them much more frequently, only it only lasts up to a few seconds.

Your symptoms are suggestive of stress and anxiety.I advise you to get an ECG,2D Echo,lipid profile,Treadmill testing,chest x ray,complete blood picture immediately to confirm the diagnosis.I advise you to start taking drugs like anti arrhythmic drugs,betaloc,pantoprazole and amiodarone.I also advise you to get an Electro physiological study with or without radio frequency ablation.I advise you to get an Coronary angiogram to look for any blocks in the heart.Also monitor your blood pressure and heart rate immediately. I also advise you to avoid smoking and alcohol.Exercise regularly for 30 min.Also avoid taking fatty foods.Take high fiber salt restricted protein rich diet.Consult your cardiologist for expert management.
