What Causes Mild Cramping All Over The Body And Tugging Of Lower Abdomen?

I have had mild cramping the past week, and my senses are all over the place. I also feel some tugging in my lower abdomen along with the mild cramps. I have been nauseated throughout the day for five days now. My menstrual should be coming in about 10-12 days, however is this normal or could I be pregnant?

General Surgeon 's  Response
No.These are not the signs pregnancy can give.
These are more suggestive of gastro-enteritis and you need a course of proper antibiotics and probiotics. Also get symptomatic treatment for nausea if required.
