What Causes Mild Cramping And Bloating After A Period?

i have finished my period on jan 15, 2011 and i have started mild cramping, plus i have bloating and the full feeling. i have a biconurate uterus. i have been trying to have a baby 2 months ago and not sure what to think? i have had 4 babys which i carried to full term
