Hello,
Welcome to HCM
The cramp like pain and pink discharge you are experiencing may be due to release of ova from the ovary that is ovulation. This is called Mittelschmerz sign. This is a normal phenomenon.
But as you are getting delayed periods from past four months, you get one ultrasound scan pelvis done and consult a gynecologist
This will help to rule out PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) and PID (Pelvic inflammatory disease) by your gynecologist.
Hope you are satisfied with the answer.
Thank you.
