What Causes Mild Cramps In Lower Abdomen And Pelvic Area?

Hello, I have been experiencing a sharp dull cramp in my lower abdomen pelvic area. I am a female and I have had a hysterectomy but I still have my ovaries and fallopian tubes in tact. I thought that maybe it is gas because it sometimes feels like it is in my chest also. Not the cramping but the bloating feeling.

I really appreciate your concern, if you do have some symptoms like flatulence and abdomen discomfort then this may not be due to your history of hysterectomy and other part of this, but this could be due to dyspepsia, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
