What Causes Mild Cramps,delay In Periods And Dizziness?

Hi I would like a little advice before i take a pregnancy test.
I am super regular with my period, every cycle on the 28th day i get my period. I am late 10 days but have been experiencing mild cramping which i never have. When I have my period i usually get severe cramps and usually minutes later i start to bleed. But not this time just mild cramping that lasts a day then its over. I also am also experiencing mild soreness in my breast. But no nausea or dizziness or any other sign that would lead me to think i am pregnant. Do you think I am pregnant?
