What Causes Mild Discomfort In The Chest And Shoulder Blade Pain?

Beginning 4.5 hours ago, I ve a mild discomfort in my chest, left side pinpoint sensation, felt slightly lightheaded, sensation of something in my throat on the left side. Slight ache/discomfort near my shoulder blade. It is not worsening, but persistent.

You have chronic history of above mentioned complaint...

Do you feel acidity?? Smoking history???
Acid reflux history??

As it seems it could be acid reflux that leads chest discomfort and throat irritation...
For that pantoprazole tablet can be prescribed...

Head elevation while sleeping...

Avoid excess spicy foods and heavy fatty meals...

If acid reflux not present than blood pressure measurement and ekg done for further work up

Advise : physician consultation for examination.....
