What Causes Mild Dizziness And Head Pressure Post An Injury?

Hit my head standing up suddenly under a cabinet. Unsure if the VERY mild dizziness and head pressure I'm experiencing are a result of that or of the fact that I drank a lot of alcohol last night, haven't eaten or drank almost any food or water today, and am in a new climate and have been having allergies and a stuffy nose.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have mild dizziness and head pressure post an injury. Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to certain reasons , but in your case the symptoms are probably occur due to consumption in excess alcohol , as consumption of excess alcohol can cause hypoglycemia and dehydration , which further cause symptoms like dizziness and head pressure . These kind of symptoms remains as long as alcohol remains in the system . I would suggest you to drink plenty of water and take carbohydrate rich diet . If condition persist even after 24 hours then consult neurologist to rule out concussion . Also avoid bending forward till this condition persist .
