What Causes Mild Fever Along With Cold And Cough During Sleep?

Hi! My 3 years old daughter have been having a low to moderate grade fever for the last 3 days but usually during sleep hours. when she is awake she is very active as usual and appetite is good. however, she is still a bit warm to touch and temperature is within normal but is not usually her normal body temp (37.2-37.6 C) on ordinary days. she has also cough and a little cold that developed together with her fever. i ve been giving her RTC paracetamol and continuous tepid sponge bath but it just seem to help only a little.
