What Causes Mild Fever And Fatigue While Having High WBC Count?

Yes please help? Went to DR a week and a half ago, could not understand what was going on and my white blood count was high, she put me on some general Medication, does not matter because all of the sympsone are coming back, low grade fever body aches extremely tired, could you give me some kind of idea for this? Just so you know I have already Idio Pathic Poly Neuropathy.

Take Doxycycline for a week. Before that get blood culture and x-ray done. It seems like an infection. Wait for the report.
