My almost 6 year old has little to no appetite , low grade fever 100.2 and extremely lethargic - not usual for him at all he is just lying on the couch. Hi,
After illness this type of problem remains for few days.
Give him nourishing food, fruits and fruit juices.
give him plenty of water and keep him well hydrated.
If fever persisted then go for routine check up of blood, urine to find out ant systemic infection.
Ok and take care.
