What Causes Mild Fever With Elevated CRP And ESR Levels In An Infant?

Doctor, My 1.9 year old kid is suffering from since 10-12 days. First 4 days she had mild fever then antobiotics was started and her temperature increased suddenly. Blood tests and urine culture was done. Urine culture came out clean but she had high ESR(88) , High CRP (76) . She is admitted in the hospital and still her fever is not coming down . Its reaching 101-103 every 6th hour. It subsides on taking paracetamol syrup and then after 6 hours it again boosts up. Yesterday again they took blood report CRP came down to 4.8 but ESR has increased to 110. Please advice why ESR is not coming down and what could be the cause. They are doning skin TB test and boold culture report is awaited.
