What Causes Mild Lower Right-sided Pain?

Hi I m a man in my mid forties and am experiencing mild pain on my lower right side and if i press the middle to right side i also experience light pain sometimes passing wind as a result?The pain sometimes dissapears and re-emerges after eating or drinking.Seems to stop after taking brandy??Could it be acid or apendicitis?please help?

Hello,

It might be from the gases in your intestine. For that better for you to do an abdominal ultrasound which is useful to exclude appendicitis also. Please talk with your doctor.
