What Causes Mild Pain And Cold Sensations On The Right Side Of The Body?

The right side of my body is colder than my left. Also, in the colder months my nose gets very cold. Seems to happen later in the evening (because I m less active?) and is actually a little painful. Once in bed I can t go to sleep until I m warmed up. I cover with more blankets and then take some off when I m finally warmed up. But it s very difficult to warm a nose. Any tips? Thank you. Hello,

Cold sensation in the right side of your body associated with mild pain may occur due to stress & anxiety that can trigger symptoms of feeling cold, chilly or shivering.

You can take analgesics for pain. You are suggested to visit a Neurologist & get physically examined.

Get Nerve Conduction Studies & blood work out done. You may require to go through few Imaging tests(CT, MRI, EEG, etc) to detect any developing Peripheral Neuropathy or weakness, brain tumor or stroke that is causing one sided symptoms.

In the meantime stay well nourished, do exercises, stay away from stress & also addictions if any. Take food rich in vitamin B6, B12 along with folic acid & minerals. You can take supplements also.
