What Causes Mild Pain And Soreness Above The Right Breast?

Just recently I noticed some soreness above my right breast and below my collar bone. It s slightly painful to touch (really just sore). When feeling both sides, it appears more swollen on the one side and it feels as if it is right on the bone. I m 39 years old with history of hashimotos thyroiditis, osteopenia, liver lesions, PCOS, and kidney stones. Any ideas? I have not done anything recently that would have caused a pulled muscle that I am aware of.

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Ideally, you need a physical evaluation of the swelling to make a diagnosis as it can be lypoma or some sort of cyst, so I'll recommend you to consult a physician personally for proper physical and diagnostic evaluation and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhanu Partap, Cardiologist
