What Causes Mild Pain In Back Post Intake Of Alcohol?

I have noticed a dull ache type pain in my back right hand sidecover last three weeks after drinking alcohol . It lasts a couple of days after last drink before going away . It is not a sore or sharp pain. I have a good diet and train about six times a week

Thanks for your query.
The cause of the mild pain that develops in the back right hand side cover that lasts for a couple of days after the last drink is usually due to esophagitis.
I would advise you to go for upper GI endoscopy, PPI, Antacid and obviously stop the alcohol altogether.
Also you have to stop anything spice, too hot foods and beverages.
No stress and /o anxiety.
If anything else is found on Endoscopy a separate treatment may be needed.
