Hi,

The possible causes for your symptoms to occur are:
* Gastrointestinal issues: Gastrointestinal problems such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), or diverticulitis can cause lower abdominal pain and nausea.
* Gynecological issues: Women may experience lower abdominal pain and nausea due to conditions such as endometriosis, ovarian cysts, or uterine fibroids.
* Urinary tract infection: A urinary tract infection (UTI) can cause lower abdominal pain, nausea, and a frequent need to urinate.
* Pelvic inflammatory disease: Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) is a bacterial infection that affects the reproductive organs in women. It can cause lower abdominal pain, nausea, and a fever.
* Appendicitis: Appendicitis is a condition in which the appendix becomes inflamed and can cause lower right abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting.
* Musculoskeletal issues: Musculoskeletal problems such as a herniated disk or sciatica can cause pain in the lower back and legs.

Seek medical attention if symptoms are persistent or if they worsen. A doctor will be able to perform a physical exam and order any necessary tests to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
