What Causes Mild Pain In Lower Right Abdomen?

hello I have been experiencing mild pain on my lower right abdomen region. It started on Sunday. I felt it throughout yesterday but is not stopping me from working, although I skipped the gym also due to the fact that im very tired and wanted to rest. Today (Tuesday) the pain has increased a little more and feels like the more time is passing the more its increasing and when I sit down at reception at work it kind of extends to somewhere in my inner vagina a dull pain on the right of my inner vagina.
