Hi there, I'm a 25 year old male. I've had a very mild ache in my right testicle for the past 5 days, specifically when I'm sitting or lying down. I can't feel any lump. However, if I stand on one leg (the same side as the testicle) it aches. I wondered if it was a form of groin strain or something else?
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, such testicular pain could be due to some inflammation and it could be due to some injury to testes and second it could be some infection initially this can be just managed with anti-inflammatory and analgesic drug and best drug would "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg Acetaminophen" three times in day if the symptoms persist then it may required some investigations hope this information helps.
