I have pain on my left testicle and it spread on my left leg sometimes . The pain is very mild , goes within few hours to max by 1 day . There is no other trouble , After seeing some videos i self examined my left testicle and found no lump . However the chord above the testicle seems a bit thick than the right. Is anything serious ?

Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i advise you to get examined by an Urologist.
It's not a serious condition, you need to worry about.
Also carry out following test :
1. ultrasound doppler scan of scrotum.
2. ultrasound scan of abdomen and pelvis.
These scans should give an idea, regarding cause of your pain.
According to reports, proper treatment will be advised.
If you want my expert opinion, send reports as a direct question.
