What Causes Mild Pressure In Eyes Along With Blurred Vision?

Today about an hour ago, 4:30 central time, I was at work outside and my eyes both had some pressure on them and my vision could not focus. It lasted for about 20-30 seconds. It came suddenly and over the 30 seconds it dissipated thru the last 10 seconds or so. I was still going thru my motions and full faculties - walking, moving arms, talked to myself and hearing ok. Just the eyes. It was not blurry I just could not focus. No headache. It might be in my head but I think there is some slight pressure still there - Slight pressure. I did not get dizzy.

From your presentation of complaints it looks like, you have had a syncope. That is transient decrease in blood pressure. But, if pressure in your eyes is troubling you please consult ophthalmologist
