What Causes Mild Rash On The Penis Head?
After taking antibiotics for a UTI my penis head has got a mild rash that looks exactly like balanitis. I read that prolonged use of antibiotics can cause this kind of yeast infection, is this the case, and if so is it OK to use clotrimazole 1% cream?

It may be due to allergic reaction.
For that you may apply hydrocortisone ointment locally.
You may take tablet loratidine for itching.
Maintain proper hygiene.
Avoid harsh cosmetic products and latex condom.
Watch for symptoms severe itching, penile discharge, fever, than you may require detailed evaluation by urologist.
