What Causes Mild Stroke, Headache, Nerve Pain In Face With Dizziness?

I had a mild stroke (tia) after having a severe headache. I recently had an infection in my mouth and had a tooth pulled. Now I'm experiencing dizziness and I passed out at work. I have some nerve pain in my face from the stroke. I'm taking a baby aspirin. What is wrong with me?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your problem if you have history of TIA then this has to be investigated and the first test would be CT brain, you have not stated your age and gender this would be helpful in giving you advise, hope this information helps you have nice day.
I find this answer helpful
