What Causes Mild Stroke In The Stem Of The Pons?

I had a mild stroke in the stem of the pons. I have realized a weakness and pain on my right side of my arm,wrist, thumb, hip,down the leg and to the ankle and foot. I still do not know how or where it originates. I am now slow mentally. What shall I do ? Where do I go for best help. Is the cleveland clinic still the best for me? Sylvia
