What Causes Mild Swelling And Bruise On Knee After Injury?

kicked and fell when walking downstaris, kneel on left knee, no wound/bleeding, mild swelling and bruise, able to walk after injury, X Ray shows a tiny intra-articular body in left kneee, no conclusive sign of recent fracture. How can I deal with the mild swollen knee now?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, knee joint is very fragile unit and highly vulnerable to injury and disease and it need to be sent for MRI test because it could be meniscus injury, till then do not bend the knee joint beyond ninety degree hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
