What Causes Mild Swelling Under The Ribcage Internally?

I have noticed what seems to be a swelling under my ribcage internally. there is no pain, but if I move a certain way,it feels like a cramp, then the cramp goes away. I mentioned this to my doctor a year ago and he did mention a little swelling in that area.I am concerned.

It seems you have a spasm of your intercostal or other chest muscle causing you the cramp like pain on certain movement. No need to be unduly concerned.
