What Causes Mild Throat Irritation And Headaches Upon Ingestion Of Bleach?
Hi...I accidentally ingested a little bleach diluted with water.... after a couple of swallows, I spit it out and drank a couple of glasses of water, a half a glass of almond milk, and a slice of bread. A slight irritation on one side of my throat and a slight head ac...but feel fine. what s up?

Probably nothing. If your symptoms gradually subside you need not do anything, but if it worsens, see a doctor.
