What Causes Mild To Severe Pelvic Pain And Spasms?

can you tell me what might be causing mild to severe pelvic pain spasms, similar to onset of labor pains during natural childbirth? I have been to several specialists who have diagnosed chronic pelvic pain and a variety of pain medications, both oral and topical, as well as massage therapy for pelvic floor, which I have NOT tried, as the symptoms are not pelvic floor related. Thank you in advance for your time.

Hello,

I think this pain may be related to endometriosis. You need to get evaluated doing a laparoscopy to get checked. Visit a gynaecologist to check you for infection also.
