What Causes Mild Vaginal Spotting During Pregnancy?

I found out i was pregnant almost a month ago about 2 weeks ago i was bleeding with very small blood clots and it only lasted 3 days never filled up a pad only when i would use the restroom i took a pregnancy test today and its shows im still pregnant could i still be?.

HI,
I understand your concern.
Vaginal spotting i early pregnancy indicates thretend abortion due to low hormone Progesteron.
PLease don't neglect the bleeding. Consult your doctor- after taking few investigations HCG levels/ physical examination, you will be given injectable or oral preparation of hormone,to facilitate growth of fetus/ stop the bleeding.
You also need to take rest , avoid physical & psychological stress along with medication.
