I am on my 8th day late of my period and had a little bit of light colored blood (not like my normal period) also burns very bad to pee and I ve been a little itchy down there. Just stopped taking birth control at the beginning of May. And trying to conceive

I cannot say in your particular case, but generally, UTI's are incredibly common. While it could be an STD, UTI's are at least 10x more common.
